Discovery marks the first detection of variable water clouds outside of the solar system
Astronomers have discovered variable water clouds on an exoplanet similar in size to Jupiter. The discovery was made using the James Webb Space Telescope and is significant because it's a first for outside our solar system. The exoplanet, WISE 0855, is also known as the coldest brown dwarf.
